Owner Financing:
If you have a Reasonable down payment, we can offer owner financing on a home starting at 7.9%. There’s No Banks, and no bank qualifying.even if you have bad credit, no credit, or you’re self employed, we can still get you into your own home!
Lease Option or Rent 2 Own:
If you have very little to put down on your new home, there are still options available. We offer flexible terms such as Leasing with the Option to Purchase. We’ll give you time to save up a down payment, document your payment history, and even help you with any credit issues.. This option typically takes a year or so, after that, you’ll have the opportunity to join our Owner Financing program.
Renting:
We usually do have homes available for rent, and if you’re not ready to purchase a home just yet, or not sure what the next couple years of your life look like, then this may be a good option for you. We try to offer homes with rents reasonable to the market rate, or even lower than the going rate in the area.
